Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Riced Cauliflower (Frozen Steamer Bag)
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, 0% Plain
3/4 cup Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Mustard

Directions

1. Steam riced cauliflower in microwave per package instructions.

2. In a separate bowl combine yogurt, cheese and spices.

3. Once steamed, add hot cauliflower rice to yogurt mixture. Stir until well combined and cheese has melted.

4. Enjoy immediately. Store leftovers in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
