High Protein Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

10.5 oz (1 can) Campbell's Condensed, 98 % Fat Free, Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Low-fat Ricotta Cheese
1 scoop (28g) Unjury Protein Powder unflavored
1 cup Skim Milk

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Strain liquid into a bowl using a wire mesh strainer. Discard any remaining solids.

3. Divide into 5 x 4 oz bowls, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

4. Optional: Heat in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until desired temperature is
reached.
