Homemade Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Chicken Breast
1 Egg, large
1⁄2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1⁄2 cup Parmesan Cheese,
2 tbsp Olive oil
1⁄2 tsp Garlic Powder
1⁄2 tsp Onion Powder
1⁄2 tsp Salt
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

1.  Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir with hands until fully combined.

3. Roll mixture into 30 small meatballs and place them on a foil lined baking sheet.

4.  Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
