Turkey Taco Bowl

Ingredients

1 pound (16 oz) Ground Turkey Breast (97% Lean)
1 medium Avocado
2.5 Tbsp Mexican Crumbling Cheese
5 tsp Light Sour Cream
2 Medium Tomato
2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
1 packet (2 Tbsp) Low Sodium Taco Seasoning

Directions

1. Heat a nonstick pan over medium high heat.

2. Add the ground turkey and saute for 5 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks. Stir in sliced mushrooms. Continue to cook and break apart ground turkey until no pink coloring remains.

3. Drain and return to pan, turn heat to low. Add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning. Leave on heat until liquid is absorbed.

4. Dice tomato.

5. Peel, pit and cube avocado.

6. Divide turkey into 5 bowls, top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
